Notice of Race
Sunday, June 15 – Skippers’ Mtg Gyro Park 12:00 Race
starts @ ~1:00
This event is open to all paid up CBSA members
There is no pre-registration required, but all sailors must
check in with the RC at the skippers meeting by the CBSA compound,
Gyro Beach.
There is no cost
There is a handsome perpetual trophy (awarded at the year end
party)
The format this year will be a minimum of four races
using as much of the bay as the wind allows. The RC will target
races of about 30 minutes; a little longer than most Tuesday nights.
There will be one start for all boats with times adjusted
according to the Portmouth Yardstick.
Racing Rules of Sailing 2012 apply. As always, please sort
out any violations on the water. If you think may have fouled
someone, do the penalty turns. It’s all about having fun.
There will be one throwout only if more than four
races are sailed.
Final results will be posted on the website.
